Judy Thompson
Judy Thompson, Board member for District #1
Born and raised in Salem. My good friend, neighbor and Employer, Dr Ted Ziske DDS, shared with me in early 80's he was not running for the Board. He knew I had worked at Hospital, received my EMT License and thought of the Hospital as extension of Family. Thus started my many years of service on the Board. My husband Bob and I will be married 54 years in November. We have two children, Lisa who lives in Lee's Summit and works for Kansas City Chiefs in accounting, our son Tom who has his PHD and works for the Mo. Conservation Department in Clinton. Two Grandsons Zachary and Jacob and Son-in-Law David. Also, one "old" beagle and one "old" horse. Someone asked me the other day why was I still on the Board? Simple....my commitment, dedication and pride that our Community has a Hospital. We are Blessed!!
